DISCLOSURES
According to the Utah state code we must inform you there are alternative financial institutions such as banks, financial companies, and credit counselling. You can go to a bank or obtain credits counseling/financial advice by looking in the yellow pages of your phone directory under the heading “Credit Counseling Services” or by going on the internet and doing a search four the words “credit counse! ing” to find a company that’s right for you and your situation. Under no circumstances will we recommend any particular credit counseling institution and it is up to you to determine whether or not such a company is legitimate and/or mistworthy.
Also, we must informs you that upon default of a title loan, our only recourse for restitution of the loan is to take possession of the vehicle upon which the loan has been made. If, after sale of the vehicle, we do not receive sufficient monies to cover costs associated with the loan, we may not attempt to collect additional monies from you in order to cover the difference.
